We insist that all our nannies are either qualified or have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. All must have satisfactory references, DBS checks and have had first aid training.
Once finding the perfect nanny, it is important to start building a strong working relationship. We advise confirming in writing all the details that have been discussed. We don’t want any misunderstandings in the future so we draw up a nanny agreement.
